Position is rewarding and the candidate must be detail oriented, experienced in getting bids, working with vendors, must be extremely organized AND OUTGOING/PLEASANT, have good follow-through, deal well under pressure and be able to multi-task. Individual must have a VERY pleasant attitude and enjoy working with unit owners and vendors.


Candidates must possess all of the following:

oExperience With Pool Operations
oGreat AND Pleasant Communication Skills
oResponsiveness (Constant E-Mail Communication With The Boards That Will Be Your Clients And The
oWorking Knowledge Of Building Systems
oOrganize Community Events
oAbility To Organize And Present Monthly Packages.
oExperienced In Condominium Communities And All Working Operations Active Adult Communities a Plus.
oUnderstanding Of Budgeting Process / Financial Reporting
oWorking Knowledge Of Building Documents (Proprietary Leases / Offering Plans / Bylaws, Etc.)
oWorking Knowledge Of City Codes / Violations / Proper Procedures
oCAI Certification A Plus.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
