Greenhouse Associate and Delivery Driver Job Description Magki Farms is seeking an ambitious, motivated individual to support our greenhouse operations.
Our farm operations include working within the greenhouse, from growing to harvesting, as well as packaging and delivering our fresh produce for customers.
We train our employees in all aspects of our growing processes and delivery procedures.
It is important that our team members feel confident with every element of our operations and are inspired in the work we do.
The health and safety of our employees is a top priority and we continue to take the necessary precautions to keep everyone healthy.
Responsibilities Harvest and package fresh greens and other produce Clean and power wash equipment Plan delivery route to ensure that all deliveries are executed Make timely deliveries to customers and place items to customer specification Develop and maintain outstanding working relationships with team members and customers Drive safely and maintain a valid driver's license Communicate issues to supervisor in a timely manner Skills & Experience Strong work ethic and works well on a team Exceptional customer service skills with an ability to converse, read and write in English Ability to stand, drive and lift packages during entire shift Ability to move and lift up to 25 pounds Valid driver's license (a Commercial Driver's License is NOT required) and clean driving record Ability to obtain a DOT medical card Why You Should Work With Us Magki Farms is redefining the agricultural ecosystem while providing local, sustainable produce.
